Refunds and cancellations.
Plans change. Here is what happens to your fee if you cancel, miss a call or clinic visit, or the call fails on our side.
The rules
These apply to everything paid for in advance: video consultations, Sunday and SOS calls, and the ₹300 booking amount for a clinic visit booked online.

How to cancel
Send an email to consult@drprabhatarya.com, or call or send a WhatsApp message to +91 95383 71985. Please give your name and the time of your consultation or visit. The time your message arrives is the time of cancelling.
How the money comes back
A refund goes back to the same UPI account or card you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
If a refund has not reached you, write to consult@drprabhatarya.com with the date and the payment reference.
Complaints
Tell him what happened and what you would like done. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month at the latest, usually much sooner.
