The pages about illnesses are general education, reviewed by Dr. Arya. They are not a diagnosis and do not replace a consultation with a doctor who knows you. Please do not start, stop or change a medicine because of something you read here without asking a doctor.

Neither the phone number, the WhatsApp number, the email nor the booking system is watched round the clock.

Video consultations follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020, which are part of Indian medical law. When you book a video consultation, you are giving your consent to be seen this way.

• He cannot examine you by touch. If he feels a video consultation is not enough to be safe, he will ask you to see him in person, have a test, or go to a hospital.
• The law does not allow some medicines to be prescribed online at all, such as Schedule X medicines and narcotic and psychotropic medicines covered by the NDPS Act. Some others can only be prescribed after an earlier consultation. He will tell you if a medicine you need can only be given at an in-person visit.
• A prescription from a video consultation carries his name, qualification and registration number, as the law requires.
• Relatives or others may join your call, from anywhere, only once he has approved each person.
• Children under 8 are not seen online. The child’s weight is needed on every booking. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or another adult whose identity has been confirmed with them on every call.

• Give true and complete information: your name, age, illnesses, medicines and allergies.
• Be somewhere you can talk privately, with a working phone or internet connection.
• Follow up as advised, and seek urgent care if you get worse.

The fees are shown on the booking page and are paid in advance by UPI or card. Cancellations and refunds are on the refunds page.

Dr. Arya is responsible for his medical advice, as any registered doctor is. He is not responsible for harm caused by information that was false or left out, by advice not followed, or by failures of phone networks, the internet or other services outside his control.

Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard by the courts at Faridabad, Haryana. This does not take away your right to approach the consumer commission where you live.

Tell him what happened and what you would like done. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month at the latest, usually much sooner.
